“Delay Spray”, “Delay Cream”, “Delay Gel” and “Delay Wipe” are common names for topical anesthetics for premature coming, or PE. The products can also be called male desensitizers, male genital desensitizers and willy desenstizers. You can find literally more than 100 of such products available on the market .

But just how can there be lots of them? And how about these product and company names? Stud 100®, Rock Solid, Duration™, DOOZ, Climax, Super-Dragon, Excite Man, Jamaican, ManDelay, Pro-Long, Sta- Erect, 持久噴霧, and the list continues. Could it be really that easy to create a delay spray or delay cream or delay wipe?

Apparently so. The products are abundant and cheap. Many of them make use of the same ingredients and formulas. This technology has been around for longer than 60 years. Schapiro first reported their utilization in 1943 (Schapiro B. PE, overview of 1130 cases. J Urol. 1943;50:374-9). These items may help delay coming but hold the unwanted effects of loss in sensation and transference to your partner.

Promescent will be the only product manufactured in the U.S. with patented TargetZone® Technology which greatly reduces overall loss of sensation simply because you only use it right what your location is most sensitive, rather than all over. Which means you still enjoy making love. And because Promescent absorbs to the skin, it won’t transfer in your partner when used correctly.

An anesthetic spray for that willy, used a few minutes prior to making love, helps men delay orgasm six times more than usual. The finding comes from a placebo-controlled clinical trial conducted by Plethora Solutions of London, England.

The 300 men in the study experienced premature coming. Their average time for you to coming during making love — as measured by their partners using a stopwatch — was 36 seconds.

One-third from the men used a placebo spray with no active ingredients. Two-thirds used the anesthetic spray, called PSD502 (or TEMPE in a previous study), which delivers 7.5 milligrams of lidocaine and two.5 milligrams of 美國JO持久液 to the head from the willy (and to the inside the foreskin, for uncircumcised men). After three months, placebo sprayers nearly doubled their time and energy to coming to 66 seconds. But those who used the actual spray delayed orgasm for 228 seconds — nearly four minutes.

After three months of spray treatment:

90% of the men inside the treatment group vs. 54% in the men within the placebo group delayed coming for longer than one minute.

74% in the men inside the treatment group vs. 22% of the men qrjzdx the placebo group delayed coming for longer than two minutes.

62% from the treated men said their orgasms were good or great. Only 20% stated that before treatment. Inside the placebo group, orgasm satisfaction went down.

There were no serious unwanted effects. 2.6% of the men inside the treatment group (and 1% of the men in the placebo group) reported treatment-related adverse events.

Sharlip, MD, a spokesman for your American Urological Association, says men who suffer premature coming need new, more patient-friendly treatments. “This 金剛噴劑 has promise to get probably the most effective treatments for premature coming,” Sharlip says in a news release. “It has a quantity of characteristics which will be attractive to patients with premature coming.”
